In this episode we are continuing our health and wellness series by introducing the importance of a morning exercise routine. Exercise has a plethora of physical and mental benefits, and it should be a part of your morning health and wellness routine in some form or fashion.
This is episode number 6, and the 2nd in my health/wellness portion of the podcast. Today, we are discussing the importance of morning devotions or meditation time. I believe this habit is one of the most successful pieces to my overall health and wellness. This quiet time strengthens my faith and my purpose for living. Setting intentions every morning can be and should be a beautiful part of our wellness journeys!
